Undo Redo not working for custom plugins

Hi,


I have just noticed that the Undo and Redo does not work for any of the custom plugins I have created. When I look at the history.inc file it states that the commands are supported natively by the editors so no need to provide functionality…



… any ideas why this does not work for any of my custom plugins?
