Upgrading to Debian Wheezy safe?

Our server admin is wanting to upgrade our server to Debian Wheezy. It will do the following:

1. PHP is upgraded from 5.3.3 to 5.4(.4) 2. Apache2 is upgraded from 2.2.16 to 2.2.22
3. PostgreSQL is upgraded from 8.4.13 to 9.1(.7)

We are on Matrix 4.12.0. Would this be safe to say Matrix will still work fine?

The PHP upgrade is the main concern. We haven't tested php5.4 at all (none of the rhel6 based operating systems have it yet) so I don't know what problems you will run into.

The others will be fine. The postgresql upgrade will require the change mentioned at the bottom of this page - http://matrix.squizsuite.net/quick-start-guide/manual-installation/postgresql-db-setup-guide .

Thank you, I will pass this along.
