URL without www

Is there any reason why the site is not linking to the site if we type without www.?
It goes tp page not found page.

Because it hasn’t been setup to handle non-www.
Easiest option is to setup a redirect so if there is a non-www link the server will automatically redirect to the www.

Also check that your DNS record is configured to allow your domain without a www prefix.
This would be outside of matrix though.

Thanks, all. For temporarily, I add the URL in the system root URL and it worked. but I also ask the network to team to check the DNS record. It might miss on their record too.
