After being advised to use a [topic=“4719”]link manager page in conjunction with an asset builder[/topic] all was well, but when I set it live to test as a public user I discovered that you must be logged in to use the link manager page (which seems obvious in hindsight).
I really don’t want users to have to log in to use this asset builder and link manager, so I tried setting up the ‘not logged in’ page as the logged in page.
The submit button will show, but %error_messages_list% and %success_messages_list% and %asset_listing% are all just blank space on the front end.
I tried setting the permissions to public write on both the link manager, the target folders and the created asset that needs to be linked. No joy.
Is it possible for non logged in users to use a link manager page?
