V3.12.3 WYSIWYG issue in Mozilla?

I'm using Mozilla 2.0.0.3 and am unable to edit content on longer pages. We've just installed V3.12.3.
When I go to edit a page it only displays the content until a certain height. It's as if the WSYIWYG window has a fixed height - the problem with this is that the WYSIWYG has been designed without scroll bars, it is supposed to display all content on a page in one go, so I can't get to the content to edit it. (also it makes no difference if I switch it to source code view). Does this make sense?

Is this a known issue with 3.12.3?

cheers

Matt

The WYSIWYG does have scrollbars in iFrame mode. Go to the system config screen, then to global preferences and make sure you are using the WYSIWYG in iFrame mode and not DIV mode. Although, Firefox always use iFrame mode, but it is worth checking if that change helps you.

Also, it sounds like a caching issue (between this and your JS issue in another thread). Do you have a caching proxy between your browser and Matrix? Have you recently upgraded? Sounds like you need to clear out the caches so that the latest JS/CSS files are downloaded again.

I tried putting matrix in iFrame mode but then it didn’t work in IE6 (which is what most of our users have).

Same as the other post, have cleared caches and tried _nocache but still not getting the content to be visible. Is it possible it could be something else?
