When a person manually tries to refresh all the assets by using the icon, is comes up with an error which I am attached for illustration. Have we forgotten to install a component? This was working in the older versions of the software.

It means that one of the assets in the map may be incorrectly configured or broken. That’s why we’d need to check your system.
