Where are the app logs

Currently getting the following error message from edit+ users uploading files.  I want to try and establish a cause on our preprod environment before raising a call with squiz for the live environment (as I guess they'll just say - it's your network or your Oracle clustered database nothing to do with us). - so want to know where the app logs are that might record info about this error..

 

"WARNING  It appears the last GET or POST request to the server from EES may have timed out.. etc. etc."
