Hi everyone,
In the Matrix user manual (version 4.8.2) for the Workflow Details Screen (http://manuals.matrix.squizsuite.net/workflow-schemas/chapters/details-screen#Details), it shows that it is possible to Notify Starter When Live - it sends an email to the initiator of the workflow process when the asset updated goes live.
I want to do this, but in the same place in Matrix version 4.8.0, there is only the Schema Name field in the Details section.
Can anyone tell me if the option described simply isn’t in version 4.8.0 please, and that I therefore won’t be able to send such an email?
I also notice that when editing my Workflow Stream there is an option, Notify When Live, against the user or user group in each condition. I assume that this sends an ‘Asset is Live’ email to the users who approve or reject the updated assets, but even with this option ticked, there is no email being sent or received when the asset is set live.
Can anyone suggest where I might be going wrong please - any other system settings that might be preventing this email from being sent etc?

Thanks Nic - bit of a pain, but I will just have to wait until we upgrade! It's good to know where the update notes are too, just in case I come across anything else like this.
It still leaves the question as to why no going live email is sent to the admins even though the Notify When Live option is selected in the workflow stream. Could there be any settings that might be hindering that from working? I read somewhere about adding things to a whitelist to allow emails to be generated and sent and wondered if that could be part of the issue, but I don't know what I would add to the whitelist to allow the email to be sent.
