How can i set a workflow on an asset… when a user edits a live standard page on runtime, then it automatically must set the status to request for approval… so the changes of that lived asset wont be seen yet until the changes is approved
You use the Safe Edit status for this. Apply a workflow to the page and then the editor will only get the Safe Edit option. This allows them to edit the page while the old copy remains live to public users. They then need to push the page through workflow to get it approved.
