WYSIWYG in metadata entry screens

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to have the WYSIWYG interface applied to a multi-line entry field in the _edit screen for metadata.

Basically we are trying to distribute some of our workload to other departments and have decided to use metadata schemas and paint layouts to standardize the entry of the content and how it displays on the site. Some of the content might need some simple XHTML in it too (paragraphs and unordered lists etc.) and it would be better if they could do this with a WYSIWYG rather than manually.

Thanks guys.

There is no way to use a WYSIWYG editor to enter metadata values. I guess you could probably put in some custom JS and make it work, but that would be very complex and likely to break in the future.

I see.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like a crash-course in HTML is on the cards for these people then. B)
