504 Gateway Time-out - API Calls not responding

Matrix Version: - [v5.3.7.2]

API call is not responding while trying to access the api functions like getchildren .
The call fails and throws an exception “504 Gateway Time-out”

Could you please let us know why api calls are not responding. It used to work earlier.

Hi Ajeesh, sounds like an issue to do with the server and not the API. If you’re a Squiz customers, I’d send a support ticket in to see if they can look at it closer. Note that Matrix 5.3 is no longer supported either.
