Account Manager Page. Not Sending Validation Email

Matrix Version:
5.1.5.0

We have set up an account Manager Page, and set “Use Email Validation” to “Yes”
But it does not send the Validation email.
After submitting the user details the new user assets are successfully created in the “pending Accounts” user group.
We have seen that the system can send email with the occasional [matrix Error] message. and alos we have a trigger that sends email.

We’d welcome any suggestions as to what might be going wrong, or suggestions for troubleshooting, please.

Hey Dennis, might be something on the server that needs to be configured, or perhaps some other config thing in Matrix. I’d suggest you submit a support ticket to Squiz support so they can look into it further for you.
