Asset builder page - single calander page - is not working on the IE version. why?

Hi there,

I thought it’s good to explain further about this issue.

I have created the asset builder for single calendar event using a customized create form. On the form, after we submit this will go the particular email to check the content.

But in the email, content displays in the html version. Content should displays as the paragraph without any html codes. This is only happening when people submit the form using the internet explorer.

any suggestion to fix this issue?

This depends on the version of IE, the version of Matrix, your implementation of how this email is sent, and the email client you use to read the email. Without further information such as that, I’m not sure what it could be.
