Asset listing of form submissions only showing submissions of user

Hi

 

I have an asset listing page that displays form submissions but is only displaying submissions made by the user who is viewing.

Admin users can see all submissions.

 

Is there a setting I need to set to allow all users to view all submissions. These are internal oAuthed users in one user group.

Hi

Could maybe try changing the 'Restrict Submission Access' value in the form contents screen, or giving all applicable users Admin access to the form's submission folder.

I already had the restrict submission access turned off and this is for all our intranet users so can't give them admin access.

Is there no other way to display all form submissions to all users?

What permissions are on the form submission asset itself? By default they get public read denied but might have other read deny permissions cascaded from it's parents?

The form submission asset has permissions for the correct user group.
