Asset Listing using Asset is tagged and getting an error message

(Adeline Yaw) #1

Hi,
I'm trying to get an asset listing to display all assets using a specific tag.

Once I'm in the asset listing and have chosen the 'Asset Types to List' then I've chosen 'Asset is tagged' in Display Format, I try to access the Bodycopy of 'Asset is tagged' and I get the below error message:

Fatal error: Class 'Trigger_Condition' not found in /var/www/wwwprod/www.econ.usyd.edu.au/core/assets/system/triggers/trigger_condition_types/trigger_condition_asset_tagged/trigger_condition_asset_tagged.inc on line 32

When trying to decipher the error message it indicates a trigger warning? So I've gone into my Trigger Manager (which I have enabled and have created). I've set the trigger condition to 'asset is tagged' with the name of my tag and the 'asset is of type' to a standard page (which I've used the tag on) but I'm not sure which 'trigger event' to use as all I'm doing is viewing the asset listing page which I want to see all assets that are tagged with a particular tag.

Has someone experienced the same or similar issue using the 'asset is tagged' or trigger for this issue?

Thanks!
Adeline

Hi Adeline,

Why did you set a trigger up for this? You shouldn't need any trigger to run if you're simply using the asset listing to list assets with a specific tag.

Can you try disabling that trigger and access the AL again?

Hi Gilles,

The only reason for the trigger was based on the error message I was trying to decipher as I had created an asset listing page and selected 'Asset is tagged' as the format. I wanted to access the Bodycopy of that format to use the keywords etc and the above error message was displayed.

I've just disabled the trigger and again tried to access the Bodycopy of the format 'asset is tagged' and I still get the same error message. Maybe someone from Squiz can let me know if this is a bug?

Have you been successful in generating an asset listing page with 'asset is tagged' as a format type? I'm on v5.5.7.6 if that helps.

Thanks,

Adeline

Hey Adeline,

Are you still having issues? Can we get some more info about your setup. eg Which type of asset listing, the properties you have set up etc.

Also you say your are on v5.5.7.6, did you mean 5.2.7.6?

Cheers

Hi Anthony,

You're right, I'm on version 5.2.7.6 :D

In terms of my set up, it is just a standard 'asset listing page'. Under 'Asset Types to List', I have selected 'Asset is tagged'.

When right clicking the asset listing page, 'Display formats'; I select 'Asset is tagged' for 'Customised Asset Type Formats'.

Next, when I want to 'edit contents' of the 'Asset is tagged format' the error message occurs:

Fatal error: Class 'Trigger_Condition' not found in /var/www/wwwprod/www.econ.usyd.edu.au/core/assets/system/triggers/trigger_condition_types/trigger_condition_asset_tagged/trigger_condition_asset_tagged.inc on line 32

Any help would be appreciated, thanks Anthony!
