Hi there

How do you limit the email to the users or administrator who gets the multiple emails of acquire locks? they getting around 16 to 20 emails per every lock. and also can we restrict only the active user will get the message instead of the whole team?

There’s a recently implemented Squizmap idea (https://squizmap.squiz.net/matrix/10431) that would probably help reduce the amount of emails you receive.

We simply “turned off” notifications for editors - from System Configuration > Messaging Service Configuration move asset.locking.forced from Log To Email White List to Log To Email Black List, the emails then stop entirely. You could consider that option.
