Asset Updated Date

Just wondering why the Asset Updated date isn't shown on the Settings screen for an asset. 

 

How would we know when a Standard Page was last updated without using a keyword to print out the updated date?

Dates and names for created, updated and published are displayed in the summary "more info" icon in the top bar of the editing screen frame when you hover your mouse (should be available on all screens of an asset). AFAIK the settings screen is the "admin only" way of manually editing the created and published dates.
