im going to create a new asset that extends standard page. what would be my asset.xml looks like?

All our developer tutorials explain how to create a new asset and the configuration required, including how to structure the XML files. If you require more development assistance, you should probably contact your Squiz Account Manager so that we can assist you on a one-to-one basis.

where could i find the lang screen details of the standard page? im trying to edit some of its display names.

You could look at an installation of Matrix, and find the standard page lang_screen_details.xml, I would think that would be your best bet. The tutorial on the matrix website, is only for an extended user...
