Backend user access

Hi there,

 

Our backend users are not able to get the access to a CSV data source asset, even though they have been granted the admin permission.

Just wondering how we can provide the access to allow them update the csv file at the backend.

So, you are getting a permissions error when trying to access it?

 

Are you sure they are not also in a second group that has permissions denied?

Yea, any more information on what the error is when they try and access it? Do they have read permission granted to the asset?
