Hi everyone,
I recently updated Squiz Matrix, and now I’m experiencing a black screen issue when accessing the admin panel/backend . The login page loads fine, but after logging in, the screen stays completely black, and I can’t navigate the interface.
I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and checking the system logs, but nothing seems to fix it.
Has anyone else encountered this issue after an update? Could it be related to a misconfiguration or a caching problem?
Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
