Hi,

When i send bulk emails to my clients,it fine. but some times few clients don't get any mails from us. Why it happens, could please give suggestions to solve this issue.

Hi Ravi, I think you would need to check with your email provider or the email settings on the server, Matrix simply just sends requests to the server which then sends the emails out.

Have your clients checked their spam emails? Occams Razor.
