when a bug is reported and fixed. Usually the developer just set the status of that bug to fixed without any comments.
Do you document these fixes anywhere? Can I get part of that?
What I'm interested in is to know about the solution to the problem and what parts changed.

The documentation for specific fixes is kept within our CVS repository. However, you can keep track of Developer Information by reading the Developer Newsletters (or subscribe via RSS).
