How do I change the file types of documents that have been bulk uploaded? All PDF's, doc, pps and .doc files are showing simply as files-I need to change them to correct type but dont want to go in and reupload each document.
Any ideas?

The only place you can change an asset type is from the Morphing option on the settings screen.

What version are you using? The bulk file import tool should create the correct asset types, as we do this all the time and it does so correctly. We are running 3.18.8.

hey sorry where does Morphing option sit under, we are currently using mySource v3.12.2 and i can't seem to find it any where

Well, if I were you, I would patch my system with a newer copy of the bulk file import files. But, as this could cause problems if you are not familiar with doing this, please be careful if you attempt.
As for morphing, it is on the settings screen. But, you must make sure that your asset is under construction in order to use morphing.

You might be out of luck on 3.12.2! I dont have an old system to check though.
