We have just removed a paywall from part of our site. One of the features paid subscribers got was an email telling them about new content. This is a Bulk mail set up to send to to subscribers at various intervals.
We would like to keep sending this mail out but have the ability to sign up new non-subscriber users with a simple web form or similar.
I have set up a bulk mail subscribers asset to do this but non-logged in users cannot view any groups when they visit the page, just empty select elements. Logged in users can see the expected user groups. Is this expected behaviour?
