Can't log in after VM install

Hi there


I've just installed the Squiz Matrix appliance through an external hosting provider, and everything seems to have worked (eventually). However, when I go to the installation's address (at the moment http://109.169.0.170/_admin), I can't log in using the default root/root password. The page is also missing any CSS - it's trying to grab it from the wrong address:(



Any ideas?

If you cannot login, then it is possibly missing "http://109.169.0.170" from SQ_CONF_SYSTEM_ROOT_URLS variable in data/private/conf/main.inc.

Awesome, thanks for that. I've updated the file now, but still no difference. I've tried restarting Apache - is there something else I'm supposed to do to get the change to carry across?

Oh wait my bad… I put in "http://109.169.0.170" when it should have been just plain "109.169.0.170". Thanks heaps again:)

Which hosting supplier did you use? How was the installation process?
