Please don't laugh at me, but until I installed PostgreSQL on my Windows machine today I'd hardly ever used the command line before so I'm a bit lost as to how to use it (or even access it) for the installation of Matrix.
I've read on PHP.net that it's something to do with either php.exe or php_win.exe, but what are you s'posed to do with them?
The command line is used to run our installation scripts. However, installing Matrix on Windows can be tricky if you're not familiar with the command line and manually editing configuration files.
If you're interested in evaluating Matrix for a particular project, you may be better off contacting our sales team and seeing if you can arrange a hosted sample site for your evaluation.
