Squiz CMS (the download link you provided) has all the documentation built in. Click the Help icon in the toolbar to launch the Help system. Video here: http://cms.squizsuite.net/features/help


The documentation link you posted is for Squiz Matrix. This is another CMS, although works mostly as a business integration engine as it contains a lot of connectors to other systems and is highly configurable.
