I have created a custom form with an attachments section. In the section there are four questions of type File Upload.
When the I try submitting the form I get the error message:
There was an error uploading the file for File Upload question…
Its come up with this message for all the even when I have not chosen to upload anything. Please note this is an optional field. I know the solution is simple as there is another form on the site which doesn’t come up with this message, and this is the form I cloned to create mine.
Strange, can’t tell without more info, such as the configs of your form fields, version of Matrix etc.
Do you have any more information you could share? Alternatively, if you are a Squiz client, you could send a support ticket in so that squiz support can take a look at your system directly.
It appears that I don’t receive that message when i move the form into a different location in the site. We have a forms page, which is a redirect page, and only forms that are placed under here will work without that error message. I will create a support ticket with the team.
