Customising Edit+/Viper WYSIWYG options

Is there any inbuilt way of removing unwanted editing options from the Edit+ WYSIWYG such as subscript?

We are currently hiding them with CSS but it stops the :x-child corners from working correctly.


The next step would be to use JS to remove them completly on load.

We are installing edit plus next week so I want to know if this is possible as well!
