We are in the process of putting four site live, and we were wondering how people were finding the Squiz auto update process for Matrix.
Currently we have a support contract covering the use of the auto update script, but wondered how many of you guys also took out an SLA with Squiz?
We want enough support to cover us should things go wrong, but wondered if this auto update process was cause for concern and required an SLA to be in place.

When we had our SLA we used the auto upgrade scripts and they were wonderful. It makes small and large upgrades a breeze. No complaints.
