I'm in the last bit of designing the my website. I need some urgent help!!
I've made the site go live, in my globe details, under special page links, i changed the index page to aupoa.unimelb.edu.au/home so when i type aupoa.unimelb.edu.au or www.aupoa.unimelb.edu.au, so the web browser should redirect me to my home page (aupoa.unimelb.edu.au/home), is that correct?
however, when i type in aupoa.unimelb.edu.au in other browser, all the styles are not showing on my page, but when i type in www.aupoa.unimelb.edu.au, all style applied to the page.
what caused this problem? I tried 5 hrs to find out the problem, but I still cannot figure out what's going on. Could you help me with this?

It looks like caching. Try http://aupoa.unimelb.edu.au/_nocache and you will see what I mean.

so anyone who want to browse this site need to add _nocache? how to fix that?
i tried to change the cache to "NO", and still not working if i type aupoa.unimelb.edu.au

The _nocache part of the url allows you to view a page without the matrix cache controlling what you see. It is not necessary for everyone to browse on it. When you have caching like this affecting your site you will want to do a couple of things. Clear your matrix cache and possibly clear your proxy cache. This can be done from the tools section of matrix. if you don't have access or know how you should ask someone to help you.

matrix cache cleared
all Squid Cache cleared
and now it works perfectly
