Drag and drop to move or clone an asset works well when you have a relatively small site. But when you have multiple sites, and thousands of assets it can be incredibly frustrating.
Surely there could be a better way to perform such a simple task? Right click - move to or clone to - select location?
If you want to move multiple assets at a time, you can select them, right click and then choose “Move”, which will give you a selector which you then use to target where you want to move them to.
The other alternative is to go to the Linking screen of the asset and use the Create Link section to move it somewhere else, but you’d then want to also delete the old link most likely.
We are working on improving this experience for future versions of Matrix though.
