I am making changes to the body of an ecommerce form recipient email, and the changes just don't seem to be coming through in the email messages. How do I ensure that the currently saved version is used, rather than anything being cached? Or is there another explanation for this?

Ah, I was editing the text-format one, and receiving the unedited HTML one. I had no idea the green icon switched you between the two.

Yea, it's not very user intuitive, this has acted as a prompt to see what we can do to improve this UI element for the next release. Cheers.

To be fair, it's my fault for not reading the manual fully. But I agree, it's a little opaque.

Yeah, that little icon is used for different things across the system. I think most people see it as the WYSIWYG editor button.
