eCommerce Product Future Status

I have just tried to set up a range of our eCommerce products to have a price hike in a few days time.

 

We have no approval workflows set up so I changed the Status to 'Safe Edit' and made the changes. I approved the changes and then set them up to Go live at a scheduled time. All of the prices increases are now showing

 

Are eCommerce products set up differently in terms of setting up a future status? I have been through this process with standard pages and it seems to have worked so I was wondering if there was something I have missed or wasn't aware of.

Hi Fluer,

 

Can you please confirm that you are not just seeing the Safe Edit changes because you're logged in as an Admin User.

 

Also what version of Matrix are you experiencing this in?

I can replicate your issue in the latest builds. It seems that products do not honor safe edit.
