Edit + not working for old form which already on the admin

Hi there,

I recently faced an issue that Edit + wasn’t working on the old forms which already created . It worked only after I created brand new form using Edit +.
It’s weird, is anyone know why it’s happening?

I haven’t heard of this happening. Maybe there was an upgrade step that got missed that makes the forms work in Edit+ from your version? It really depends on what you mean by “wasn’t working” though.

Thanks Bart. The issue was when I tried to edit the form using the edit + I got this error message. Please see the screen shot below. And this is happening only for few forms and some other forms are working fine. "

Not sure, might be the version of matrix you are on that has a specific bug? Would really need more information to try and debug and help out. Might need to send in a support ticket to Squiz to get it looked at further.

Thanks, Bart. we will upgrade the site next year. Maybe it will get a fix with a newer version of the matrix.
