Edit Plus upgrade - how do we upgrade?

We’ve upgraded Matrix on test from 5.3.0.0 to 5.4.3.1 and it all seems OK, but Edit Plus no longer shows content and the Matrix WYSIWYG if set to Edit Plus also shows no content. We get this message when loading Edit Plus in a browser:

Edit plus has this warning when loaded: ‘Warning: Version Mismatch This is Edit+ 5.3.0.0, but you are running Squiz Matrix 5.4.3.1. Starting from Edit+ 5.1.0.0, only matching versions of Squiz Matrix and Edit+ are supported.’

Any idea how we upgrade Edit Plus, I can’t see the files anywhere? Do we do a freah install of it?

Saw this which looks similar towards the end of the posts:

Any help appreciated.

You need to get Squiz support to send you the correct Edit+ package for that version, assuming you have an SLA with Squiz.
