Post our 3.28.5 upgrade we've been told EES isn't working as a system requirement is missing (possibly a PEAR package).
Where are the EES system requirements documented?

The only requirement EES has is the Matrix version and browser version. If you have all the Matrix requirements sorted out, EES will work fine on the supported browsers.

Yes, something that we find often gets overlooked is a PHP version thing. On that link that Greg posted "If your PHP version is earlier than 5.2.0, you will require the Services_JSON PEAR package to use the JavaScript API."
Unfortunately it's a very easy thing to miss, especially in an upgrade process. Fortunately it's super easy to fix.
