Error with Delivery Method Asset

Hi Guys.


Just recently completed an upgrade from 3.24 to last of manual updates 3.28.0.



My ecommerce delivery method assets seem to have broken as a result of this, namely, when viewing the details screeen I get the following message:



Fatal error: Call to undefined method Default_Delivery_Method_Edit_Fns::Ecommerce_Delivery_Method_Edit_Fns() in /home/websites/mysource_matrix/packages/ecommerce/delivery_methods/default_delivery_method/default_delivery_method_edit_fns.inc on line 43



Have had a quick look at this file, and can't seem to see the issue. Is anybody able to give me any pointers on where to begin (admitedly I am not too proficient in PHP).
