Feature request: "User Contributed Notes"

Can the User Manual Library have a "User Contributed Notes" section added for every page as is done on the PHP Manual site.

This is on our todo list but we have quite a lot on at the moment so I'm not sure when we'll get around to it.

I love the php documentation, this would be awesome.
