Form submission action - won't save edits to fields

Hi folks,

 

Has anyone encountered an issue with edits not being saved in the form submission actions screen? We currently have a live form on our site and all I want to do is change the "to" email address in the Send Email action that's currently being used. The new email shows up in the action when I commit the changes but it defaults to the original email if I refresh the screen...

 

Am I missing something or is there a bug? I've not encountered this in Matrix before.

We're running 5.0.4.1

 

It's really strange to be honest. I tried creating a new action as well and it just disappears after committing...

Have you tried testing it on another browser?

Yep. Tried in Chrome and IE. Same result.

That's very strange. Are you in a position to upgrade? Might be worth doing regardless, even if it's to the latest 5.0 version available.
