Form submission asset listing

I have an asset listing displaying form submissions and want to include a link to submitted files. 
I've set up a customised asset type format for PDF files and am using the %asset_name_linked% keyword in the bodycopy. The name of the PDF appears in the asset listing however the link points to the asset listing page. Am I using the correct keyword?

What version of Matrix are you running? Have you set up a creation location for the File Upload question?

I'm using 5.2.6.1 and was able to link to the file uploads using a different set of keywords.
