Forms timing out on confirmation page?

Hi folks,

I am curious about where the file attachments and form submissions are temporarily stored after a public user submits a form and reaches the confirmation page? And what conditions would cause this to time out?

I have found that leaving the form on the confirmation page for some time causes the file attachment to drop off altogether, and in some cases we lose all the details resulting in a blank submission.

Hi
When the confirmation page is enabled, the form “submits” and takes the user to a page to review their submission.

From here, the user can either go back and change their submission or proceed to submitting the form.

It is during this time, the submission details are stored somewhere. I am trying to pinpoint where these form field values are stored while the user sits on the confirmation page. There seems to be some conditions around how long these are stored for as we are still receiving blank form submissions (with mandatory fields too).

Can anyone elaborate on this please?
