I have had a bit of a look around but can't find the answer anywhere … Does anybody know if there is a module to plug-in a Forum or Bulletin Board functionality into Matrix. Something similar to this forum!

There is no forum functionality built into MySource Matrix. It's best to use external forum software (like IPB).
The Premium module package does have a module called the IPB Bridge that allows you to let your IPB users log into MySource Matrix (similiar to LDAP integration) but it does not let you add new forums and posts.
