This is a very general question, not sure it's even appropriate but I figured it should be due to recent acquisitions. Is there a forum here or elsewhere for discussing Funnelback (either OEM or Enterprise)?
I love this Squiz forum, it is one of the best resources I have to assist me, not only by searching historical solutions but also the awesome responsiveness of the community.
I've just finished updating search capability for a new site on Matrix (we have Enterprise Funnelback for index/search) and there were so many little finicky pearls of wisdom I've had to learn the hard way (sometimes *very* painfully). I kept saying to myself "Gee, I wish there was a Squiz forum for Funnelback", and I realised I would love to share some of the lessons I've learnt so others don't have to experience the same pain.
Again, not sure whether it's appropriate for this forum/site. Feel free to delete post if it's not.
