I hope it's cool to post this request here. It's very very tough finidng decent Squiz guys in the UK!!
We are a large charity based in London and our main site is a huge Squiz Matrix implementation.
We will require on-going support of the site with occasional additional projects.
The first project will be to massively speed up the site using some of the excellent tips posted by Nic Hubbard.
So ideally someone with Squiz, PostgreSQL and front-end skills (Js, CSS, Minify etc).
