I cannot see in Funnelback where I can change the settings so users have to put in a set number of characters before searching. At the moment there is no min - but I wanted to put in a minimum of 3 characters.

Hi Angela,

There is no to limit the characters for search. All I can suggest is using javascript to may be disable the submit button until a word length is met.
