Funnelback push collection trigger doesn't work when changing the status of assets using an import

We have a Funnelback push collection for all our Business Listings which is maintained by a number of triggers.

 

When a listing in the specified folder has its status changed, i.e. Live to Under Construction, a trigger removes it from the collection - this works fine.

 

However, as we have a number of listings that have had new metadata applied, we need to make a large number under construction and then later live.

 

When we use the Import assets from XML tool the trigger isn't fired and although the listings in Matrix do reflect the status change, they aren't removed from Funnelback.

 

Anyone got any suggestions?

Could you run a batch trigger after the import on all the assets so that they will then get pushed out to FB and updated there? I don't think you can get the triggers to listen out for import assets from XML natively, unless maybe on asset created only.
