The page I want to set up is called Prayer Requests and the aim of it is to allow the public to enter a prayer request either through a form or asset builder page. The prayer coordinator will then be notified that a prayer request has been entered. They will check it and then make it live on the web.
I tried doing this via the asset builder page but quickly found out that you can enter content via this page
So is it possible to do this via a form? As in the form contents is submitted to the prayer coordinator so they know that a prayer request has been made. Then can I use a What's New lister (as we only want to list requests no more that 30 days old) to list the form submissions? I did notice that in the listing details screen you can choose "Form Submission" and "Form Question Type Text" but I couldn't seem to get anything showing!
I'm trying to make the process a little more automated rather than having the prayer coordinator to create pages etc.
Is this a possibility or a totally different way of achieving this?
I cant see a way around this. The asset builder wont let you add content for standard pages, so you'd need to create a custom asset so you can customise the create interface if you want that. You also can't list form submissions as far as I know.
