Globals Keywords not working in LDAP Data Source asset listing

I have an LDAP Data Source retrieving results into an Asset Listing, from which I'm outputting XML.  No issues, everything working fine.

 

I have tried adding an XML element with the current date/time by adding %globals_date% in the asset listing type format.  Does not work - stays empty.

 

If I move the globals keyword to the asset listing page contents then it prints fine, but not in the Type Format.

 

Have also tested it with other 'normal' asset listings and they print the keyword fine in the Type Format.  So it only seems to be affecting listings pointing to LDAP Data Sources?

 

Anyone seen this or similar before?  Matrix v4.12.4.

Not seen that before. Works ok for me in latest Matrix 5.2. Not sure at what version it would have been fixed though.
