We have a decision tree that enables users to do a self-assessment of their readiness to deal with emergencies and natural disasters. The content owners would like to be able to monitor how well people do in completing this. Is there a way to view record user inputs, or at the very least, see a list of the final scores people get when they complete the assessment. For example, are logs stored in the system, or is it possible to email information to a nominated person when an assessment is completed?
